My journey into acupuncture started at an early age when I discovered the traditional Chinese philosophy of the Taoism.
Having recognised that we are deeply connected to our environment, and our health and well-being is related to balancing our internal and external systems, I use acupuncture as a gentle modality that nourishes the nervous system and works holistically, enabling one to be still and re-balance.
Conscious dance has been a major part of my health journey. Here at home, I embarked on 5Element Dance Activation ™ training, and I have been facilitating these workshops in and around Adelaide for the last 5 years.
I have been fortunate to be part of the Active Bodies Physiotherapy team for the last five years, where I have loved deepening and connecting to the community as it continues to grow.
My intention is to reconnect clients to a healthy functioning of their energetic systems, creating space to ‘drop in’, ground, recharge one’s batteries, and be supported through major transitional phases in life, including the most painful.
I welcome everyone from all walks of life and cultures — from children to elders — to experience a more holistic approach to life and be free of pain, stress and finally experience sustained wellness.
